Yoga is a combination of exercises and meditation that is practiced to promote awareness of the connection between the body and mind. The series of poses and postures helps develop strength, balance, and flexibility, while helping reduce stress, and potentially preventing injury.
Yoga at Body Mechanix is a semi private instruction with a class size of 5 students. Your yoga practice will be tailored to your body’s specific needs. You will learn safe and comfortable yoga pose modifications to accommodate past or current orthopedic injury, arthritis, back and neck problems, joint replacements, age, and weight concerns.
